Dead On Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
In case of Dead On Arrival (DOA), clear photos of the animal and the condition of the parcel within 12 hours upon its arrival is needed for the claim.
Aalll claims are void after that time frame.
Please make sure someone is present for the arrival of the parcel to avoid DOA cases not related to shipping miscarriage.
Shipping & handling fees are not covered by guarantees and are payable by customers.
Health Guarantee
All pets for sale are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding before they go.
However I cannot promise that the pets will be eating after rehoming due to environment change and transit stress.
